Option To Use External Database

My database is getting large, nothing wrong with SQL lite and it scales well. It would however be nice to instead point opennumismat to a centralized database, MySQL, MS SQL ect. Would also open the door for multiple users on a single instance. As our database is now several GB it is becoming problematic to backup efficentally with an embedded db,
